The name ‘Cybelle’ the Anatolian mother goddess, also worshipped in Greece and the Roman Empire. The Great Mother was the goddess who had once given birth to the other gods, to the first humans, to the animals, and to the wild nature. In short: she was the universal mother.

So why Kybelle but not Cybele?

The founder of Kybelle whom her childhood friend was suffering from a terminal illness and vowed that she would own a coffee shop one day and name it after her, and she did.

Absolutely loved the Medi-Breakfast! Their Free-range organic eggs, grilled halloumi cheese, grilled spicy sausage, spinach and feta borek (cheese pastry), avocado, feta cheese, olives, cherry tomato, served with sourdough bread and jam is a combination I never knew I needed.
