One dish that truly stood out was the crispy duck salad, served with cashews, watermelon, and hoisin sauce. We’d never had duck with watermelon before, but the sweet, zingy freshness balanced perfectly with the rich, crispy duck, creating a flavour combination unlike anything we’d tried before. It was a spot that effortlessly blended bold, vibrant flavours with a stylish, laid-back atmosphere, and it’s a shame to see it go!
